Create Your Account

Sign up at InterviewGuard and complete your organization setup. You'll be ready to schedule your first interview immediately.

Schedule an Interview

Enter the candidate's details, set the interview time, and paste your video meeting link (Zoom, Teams, Meet, etc.).

Manage interviews

Candidate Joins

The candidate receives an email with setup instructions. They download and install the InterviewGuard desktop app, then join the video call through the app.

Is candidate data secure?

Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not store any PII or sensitive data - only event flags and explanations from the monitoring session. Monitoring data is only collected during active interview sessions with explicit candidate consent.

Can candidates bypass the monitoring?

InterviewGuard uses multi-layered detection that makes bypassing extremely difficult. We continuously update our detection capabilities as new bypass methods emerge.
