Be Transparent with Candidates
InterviewGuard requires candidate consent. Being upfront about monitoring builds trust and ensures compliance.
Review Reports Holistically
Consider context when reviewing flags. A single tab switch may be innocent; patterns of AI usage are more concerning.
Train Your Team
Ensure all interviewers understand how to access and interpret reports. Add them to your InterviewGuard team.
Schedule in Advance
Give candidates at least 24 hours to download the desktop app and test their setup before the interview.
